Purchased a NVR home in Maryland back in 2014. Given me nothing but trouble. All the NVR representative lie out right, deny, or redirect. Getting anything fixed take over dozens of emails and phones calls. Absolutely terrible. Most popular answer is "it is up to code"...

NV Homes - NVR Homes are a Nightmare
I read 25 of the reviews on this site and completely empathize with the customers. Going through the same living *** with NVR homes. Hope they get in a major lawsuit for there unscruplous behavior and go out of business.

NV Homes - Agent at the NV home office gave us incorrect information.
Received incorrect information about the lot size and property line from the selling agent at the NV homes property. Now we are stuck in a contract and have to close on the home.
