Two project managers were fired in 4 month period. Third one transition back to old job after 3 months

1st manager:

Greg Simmons (no background in construction. Use "it passes code" as an excuse for any problems.

2nd manager:

Matt Robison (jaded. Doesn't understand construction either)

Very good at diverting issues. Very poor at the job. Incompetent. Fired

3rd manager:

Clint Cagle (Can not resolve any problems) Going back to the office to be a paper pusher.

None of the project managers have a construction background or took the time and made the effort to understand how to build a house. They are nothing more than glorified secretaries who check off items on a list.

The contractors tell me when a house is getting ready to close. They will take the good windows from the house in an earlier phase of construction and put it in the house that is about to close.

Then the defective windows go to the house in construction. What kind of stupid practice is that!

Yeah. They were really bad at their job.

First Clint acted like him really care about the customer. Took care of couple simple things that I could of done myself. When it comes to the difficult problems he will side with the contractor. Told me not to report my issues to Service Manager for repairs.

I did not say anything. He is unfit for customer relations job.
