water is seeping into the basement through a site that was left open with no brick on it during construction. stack in the middle of the foundation wall on the outside wall was a missing brick. it was later on closed however that is were water is seeping into my basement
MY CEILING has a leak in THE DINNING ROOM, SUN ROOM INCLUDING AN AREA THAT the builder repaired before NV homes use handy man instead of reputable contractors to do their repairs . I will never recommend them to any one looking to buy especially a first time home owner 12994ae

| 1. Written by Jo on February 1, 2012 from livingston, new jersey, US When did you first notice the chip in the tub? Did you have it documented on any walkthrough paperwork? What about the cabinets and floor squeaks? I would check with your local building contractors regulations. These are really typical builders and trade issues. If you brought them up during the warranty period (it shouldn't have taken four years to see a chip in a tub), then the builder should repair them. If they don't go and have an independent inspection done and see if your state regulations mandate they fix them. |
